Plyometrics enhances cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility. Plyometric training is ideal for cross-training and is guaranteed to improve performance in other sports and physical activities. A Plyo workout increases the ability to reset and recover quickly. Our fitness class is centered around cardio, plyometrics, and yoga but is also DIFFERENT from the other hybrid fitness classes that are already out there. It’s class that pushes limits and boundaries and that always has another level to reach, beyond that which has already been attained. Think of it as the cardio version of a CrossFit class.
